There is no longer a delay in receiving new Sentinel-1 products from ESA.

The times are UTC, or "Zulu" time (indicated by the 'Z' at the end of the time value).

The issue has been resolved and systems are performing as normal.

ASF is currently experiencing a system issue that is preventing data downloads. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Token authentication wasn't included at the time burst distribution was implemented, but it is a feature we hope to add in the near future.

There are no system problems, so the issue may be if you are attempting to use token authentication, which is not supported for bursts.

Let us know if this is not the case, and perhaps an example of the authentication method you're using.
