There was an issue overnight with an external system that caused incomplete Vertex search results. We recently received word that the problem has been fixed, so please try again and let us know if you don't get the expected results.

The ALOS-2 data currently available from ASF are ScanSAR (60 m and 100 m resolution) images. To date, only selected regions globally have been received, and this does not include Turkey/Syria. The times are UTC, or "Zulu" time (indicated by the 'Z' at the end of the time value).

Token authentication wasn't included at the time burst distribution was implemented, but it is a feature we hope to add in the near future.

There are no system problems, so the issue may be if you are attempting to use token authentication, which is not supported for bursts.

Let us know if this is not the case, and perhaps an example of the authentication method you're using.
