Re: VNP15A2H 2026-06-18 data

Good Morning Diego, I wish I could tell you for sure, but we do not know until they reach our server. It certainly is possible, I would be a little surprised if they did in light of recent history, but possibly processing is back on track. Part of the issue is all the processing that is going on rig...

Re: VNP15A2H 2026-06-10 data

Hi Diego, Sorry for the lag time with this. It is just a slow processing issue. All the VNP09 products are up to date and those are the promary upstream product used for processing. Since the 2+ days of the sensor being in safe-mode and losing that data that slowed things a little. I would expect to...

Re: vnp15a2h delay

Hello, Sorry for the delay with this. We are checking with the Data Provider on the latency. Our thought is the Suomi NPP satellite had the outage from June 1 until June 3; this may have delayed processing as other 8-day products have not been processed beyond May 24 either. When we find out from th...

Re: VNP15A2H 2026-05-09 data

Hi Diego, We have not heard that there are any problems with the VNP15A2. Right now, it is 5 days beyond the final day of that composite period, which is longer than normal. We think it may have something to do with the recent issue with the Suomi NPP and they are playing catch-up. We are contacting...

Hello, Sorry for the confusion on this. The site: https://dwtkns.com/srtm30m/ is a 3rd party source which we don't manage and they have not yet updated the landing site for the SRTM data that was recently moved from our Data Pool (e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov) to the cloud. Please see the example of what a n...

Re: [Q] VJ243MA4 CMR "End" Record Error?

Hello, The temporal formatting of the BRDF/Albedo products are different than any other MODIS/VIIRS product. They are all 16-day products that are produced every day. Each cover a 16-day period. What primary difference about the BRDF/Albedo products then other multi day products is that the Acquisit...

Hello, The LPDAAC does not have spatial geometry files, however I believe this USGS site may be able to help, it looks like they have .shp files available for CONUS, Alaska, and Australia: https://www.sciencebase.gov/catalog/item/623a013ed34e915b67cddcfa Please let us know if you have any questions....

Re: Inconsistent variables in GLANCE30 product

Hi Piyush, I believe this is related to the following known issue: 1. Version 1.0 of the data set does not include data in the Quality Assurance, Leaf Type and Leaf Phenology SDSs. We plan to include data for these layers in future releases of the data product. For more information, please see the &...
