We apologize for the delays. AppEEARS is working through an extremely large backlog of requests that are the result of primarily the CMR issues from last week. The developers are also working on ways to expediate the backlog. Thanks for your patience.

Sorry for the hassles with this. We have contacted the data provider this morning again to see when we can expect the arrival of the geo data. So we do expect it soon. As I get more information I will pass it along.

Hi Diego, Sorry for the delay. We contacted the data providers, and they did not say why it is late, but they did say the input data is fine and will be processed tomorrow, then we can ingest it, so it should be available later tomorrow. I will keep an eye on it and let you know when it is available...
