Did this question ever get a more detailed answer about how one would use this data? For example, the atec and stec fields are sometimes negative where as TEC is positive. Is that due to a per site bias that needs to be calibrated? The scale of the tec fields are different by about 3 orders of magni...

The ionosphere prediction data for 5/30 that I would expect to be here: https://cddis.nasa.gov/archive/gnss/products/ionex/2025/150/c2pg1500.25i.Z is not present.
