I think maybe it was related with cloud access issue. Luckily, this issue only lasted about four hours and after that I could download GEDI Level-2A files again.

Thanks for your response. I have done as you have suggested, clicking "Download Status and History" and current problematic download job showing there in the second place (see attachment "back_to_download_history.png"). Afterwards, I click the second "GEDI L2A ..." down...

May I ask is there any solution about how to cope with this issue currently?
