Will the tools that enabled population with a radius of a lat/long on the SEDAC global map be available on the near Earthdata site? They were very useful.

I am able to enter the lat/long coordinates on the SEDAC global map https://sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/mapping/popest/pes-v3/ to get population within a radius of that point it generates only an error message - says service is unavailable. I have previously used this service quite a lot and it worked...
