Hey, I’ve run into this before too. It seems like when the area you select is really small, some granules just don’t show up. If you make the area a bit bigger, more granules appear. Not sure why it happens exactly, but it’s worked for me in the past!

Looks like the GIS portal link is indeed broken and just looping back to an error page. this might be a temporary outage or the portal has been moved.
