Based on the file name in your screenshot, I believe this data set primarily archived at the NOAA Physical Sciences Laboratory. I recommend you contact psl.data@noaa.gov with your question.

tschudi , I also received an update on IDCSI4 - the provider said they will work on updating the rest of the data set this summer. I will verify that you are on the mailing list to receive updates, and we'll let you know when the data are published. If there are any other data sets you need updates...

tschudi , A quick update on KT-19: The KT-19 was not flown during the Arctic summer 2019 or Antarctic 2019 campaigns, so IAKST1B won't be updated past May 2019. We're still waiting on information regarding IDCSI4, and we're planning a review of product status overall. I'll keep you updated on what ...

I am checking with our product lead to see if we have a status on the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 campaigns, particularly for the IDCSI4 and IAKST1B data sets.
