I have a site in central Greece (lat 39.60 lon 22.15) of interest. Would there be any L-band available at a smaller resolution for this location?

I'm interested in L-band from ALOS-2 that covers the region affected by 2023 Turkiye earthquakes but prior to the events. In particular I would like gain access to the high resolution (10m) data for geohazard diagnostic for earthquake induced ground damage. Any guidance on this would be greatly appr...
