Thank you for your reply. I was doing the decomposition of displacement to trend and seasonal components. Should i apply recommended mask and only consider valid pixels for the analysis. I want to check the correlation of LOS displacement with hydrological parameters.

Do the DISP-S1 files need further correction before finding the correlation between hydrological parameters. If I extracted time series data from them and it was observed that not many pixels are masked out as in the portal.
