It seems to have cleared up and we are back to same day/next, what was frustrating was that I could see it on other places, and commercial apps had the values but I couldn’t get them. Is there another more reliable solution?

Hi, it is not the retrieval function. the granules dont exist in the manual search on the earthdata site either. I have been working on a project that consumes earth data raw CHL files from several earth data sources. These were working good until 5/1 and now none seem to be updating.
