Re: Connection to GIBS WMS Service times out
@amsayer We will look into it more closely. I don't believe you are being blocked and it doesn't sound like you're making too many requests.

Re: Connection to GIBS WMS Service times out
We have been doing deployments today around 10:24 - 10:42 EST. Wonder if that is why you are getting timeouts? Can you check again now?

Re: NASA JPL SST L4 MUR Data Degradation
We've reached out to the PO.DAAC team to see why there is smoothing for Aug 26 and 27. It does not seem to be a Worldview/GIBS issue.

Re: GHRSST Outage
Hi Seth,
The data provider, PO.DAAC, found and fixed an issue. the GHRSST layers are now being back processed, so it should start appearing soon.
Thanks,
Minnie

Re: Remove location marker in snapshot
That is strange that you can't see the place marker, if it appears in your download. But for example this appears to be what you are requesting in Worldview: https://worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov/?v=-252211.97456758044,-2004016.5514636077,1075110.9704537522,-1379944.4292654&p=antarctic&s=164....

Re: Remove location marker in snapshot
Hello! By removing "&MARKER=442867.5412177616,-1596928.7634426022" from the URL, you will now have a snapshot without the marker e.g. https://wvs.earthdata.nasa.gov/api/v1/snapshot?REQUEST=GetSnapshot&TIME=2017-09-14T00:00:00Z&BBOX=46818.674728077094,-1920227.0296211941,649683....

Re: Worldview Snapshot Download throwing Internal Server Error
Hello! Are you still experiencing the issue with an Internal Server Error with downloading imagery from Worldview Snapshots? If so, please send us the URL of your imagery download request so we can identify which layer you're downloading, what parameters you've selected etc.
