Unfortunately I'm not seeing any new MODIS A or T L1A data on the website of via our subscriptions. Perhaps some step in the processing needs to be "poked", please?

We are experiencing the same problem. There has been no new data posted under https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-1A/Aqua-MODIS/2023/ or https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-1A/Terra-MODIS/2023/ since day 55 (which was 2023-02-24). I have been trying to reach PODAAC since 1/28/2023 about missing OSTIA sea surface temperature data. At least two emails to podaac@podaac.jpl.nasa.gov have not received any response. (There is a note on their main page saying "We are currently experiencing an issue with our mail server" so...

Is there a problem with the subscriptions on OBDAAC?

We haven't gotten any new L2 files since 2023-01-31 at 12:28 UTC. This includes several permutations of MODIS, both VIIRS instruments, Plankton and SST.

If OBPG not already aware of this could someone please investigate? Thank you!

I realize you guys have had your hands full recovering from all the recent system problems, thank you for your efforts! Our subscriptions got caught up Monday and Tuesday. You may already be aware of this but we have received no new data through our subscriptions since yesterday morning (7/19/2022)....

There seems to still be an ongoing problem with subscriptions.

We have not received any new files since 2022-07-11 or 2022-07-12 for the following subscriptions:

Could somebody please investigate and resolve this issue? Thank you.

We're noticing similar problems with MODIS L1A, VIIRS/NPP L2 (SST and ocean color) and VIIRS/N20 (ocean color).

Oddly we got 20 VIIRS/NPP/SST granules around 2022-07-13 13:00Z but nothing since (it's now ~15:00Z).
