Collocate multiple images
Hello, I have 100s of images that I have reprojected to geographic projection. I want to collocate all these images so that they are mapped on the dame lat-lon grid. I have done limited collocations using SeaDAS GUI, I was wondering if I can do this in a linux batch process. I tried to search in 'gp...

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View
Please see the attached image of the bands from the SeaDAS File Manager. I want to group Rrs from the two groups shown in columns 3 and 4 and plot spectra on the same plot.
Thank you for your help.

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View
Hi Danny,
Thanks for your previous email, which was a while ago!
I have a question about grouping bands. If I am using a file with two collocated images, I have two sets of Rrs. How do I group them in different 'band groups'? I don't see a way to highlight and select bands.
Thank you.

Re: SeaDAS Spectrum View
Hello, I know where the 'spectrum view' is. The problem I have is with the filtering option! It is not the same as it was in the previous version! Earlier I used to be able to choose to plot Rhos or Rrs with different symbols (for example see the attached SpectralView1) -- now it just plots all spec...

Hello, I have a couple of questions about l2gen options for processing MSI data from Sentinel 2A and 2B. In the output messages I see the following statements (not sure why it says it is an OLCI file!): " Found Sentinel-2A product: SENTINEL-2 MSI Level-1C User Product Input file manifest.safe i...

Sentinel-2 MSI
S2A_Rrs_443.png Hello, I am processing Sentinel-2 MSI Level-2 data from Level-1 using l2gen. I see striping in Rrs in this image (attached) while the true-color image from Copernicus site does not show any striping. Not all images I process have striping. I just read on the forum that the standard ...
