File access problems
Confirmed that we're getting the same thing again. Also the index page is coming and going - sometimes it works, sometimes we get a connection error.I assume you guys are all taking an extended holiday courtesy of the shutdown, so I assume nothing is going to happen on this until that gets sorte...

File access problems
Quick update, problem appears to be only with very recent files. If I pick a random file from 2015 it's fine.

File access problems
Our download machine was failing to get anything from yesterday afternoon (UTC) until about half an hour ago. I thought we'd been IP-banned (I think maybe we were? IP xx.xxx.xx.xx), but now the downloads have resumed there seems to be a problem at your end? We can see the file index, but most of...

MODIS ancillary gap
Hi
The MODIS Attitude-Ephemeris archive for 31st October has a gap in it between 0915 and 1550. Any news on why this is and when it will be filled, please? The L2 data seem fine, so I assume the atteph data exist somewhere but just didn't get into the archive for some reason.
Thanks
Ben

Hi NASAI'm not sure if our download machine got IP-banned at your firewall. The change to the VIIRS download path (VIIRS -> VIIRS-SNPP) broke our downloader, which cheerfully continued trying (and failing) to download from the old path. We now can't connect from that machine, I'm suspici...

Data access index links broken
Grrr... it's working now, sorry. Looks like the problem was that the links on the page were going to the wrong place until your reboot, but I didn't refresh the browser window I had open on the index so my links were still wrong. I thought there was a server-side redirect (but there isn'...

Data access index links broken
Yeah, I know that, but if I click on the link in my web browser it should work (and doesn't).

Data access index links broken
Hi TommyThanks for the quick response, but I'm still getting 404s eg. tried https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/Ancillary/Attitude-Ephemeris/2018/214/PM1ATTNR_NRT.A2018214.1540.061). These are files I didn't try previously, so shouldn't be caching at my end.
