I see that the site has still not updated. Have they said anything regarding the cause of the delay or when newer files might be available, or is there contact information we could use to reach out to them?

Roger, thanks for the info.  Have you already contacted them and have any idea when they might update their certificates on whichever data server you are retrieving from?  They musts have someone manning the store as it appears they've at least updated the certificate on their main web...
