I've create a derived product from ocean color data at the L2 level. Can I use SeaDAS to process the derived product through the steps to make a L3 SMI product, e.g. L2 file -> L3 bin file with l2bin; L3 bin file to L3 bin file with l3bin, L3 bin file to SMI file using l3mapgen?

OK, I reinstalled everything again from root. It works now. Thanks.

Hi Sean, The error is: /home/dshea/focs/oel_hdf4/libbin/bin_io.cpp: Permission denied /home is where user spaces are. It is owned by root. There is no /home/dshea directory. Is the insulation process trying to create /home/dshea in the user space folder? I don't think that we would allow that. BTW: ...

This was my install command:
./install_ocssw -i=/cwdata1/seadas8.2/ocssw --tag V2022.0 --seadas --modisa --seawifs --viirsj1 --viirsn --viirsdem

Are Rrs data available for bands in the near-IR/IR, e.g. 746nm (M6)? If not, is there a recipe for generating these data? Thanks
