Thanks Sean,
Glad to know I wasn't repeatedly making some simple error. I will look for my dates in the database you mentioned. I have many days where that mis-match happens. On the bright side, I have some great images of the Outer Banks!
Take care,
Dulci

MERIS 1B image doesn't match L2_OC product
Hello,
I am downloading FRS MERIS imagery of Florida through the browser interface. I have multiple dates on which the L2_OC product is of Florida, but the accompanying L1B product is of the Outer Banks. Has this happened to anyone else? One clear example is 20 Oct 2008.
Thanks

l2gen not recognizing MODIS l1b files
Hi! I want to process my MODIS T l1b.LAC file to an L2 with some different calibration options, but the l2gen is not recognizing the l1b.LAC file. I have not changed my python install, I have not changed my SeaDAS install, and I just created the l1b.LAC file a couple of weeks ago. At that time, (a f...

OCSSW processors for Windows
Hello!
Are the OCSSW processors supported Windows in SeaDAS 7.5.1? I tried to install them, but got a 'remote server is down, please initiate access' -type error. I thought I saw in one of the forum posts that they are now available for Windows. Please advise?
Thank you,
Dulci

HAB cloud mask documentation
Hello,I am looking for documentation on the HAB cloud mask option that can be chosen when running l2gen on the GUI. I know it creates a cloud mask more suited to case 2 turbid & coastal waters, and is used to create a more accurate CI, and other HAB related products. I would like to properly cit...

Thank you for the detailed reply. I was realizing that this may be the case, but it is good have verification that my understanding is correct, and I'm not missing anything. I will try some different methods and see how they work out. -Cheers!

l2bin questions
Hi Sean,Thanks for the reply. I used l3mapgen to create the raster of my binned file, but the resultant displayed image has almost no valid pixels. A few images have some NaN values, but they were all chosen because they were cloud-free. I tried to attach some images to show you what I see, bu...

l2bin questions
Hello! I have several MODIS OC files that I have processed to L2 using the l2gen tool. I want to combine these images so I have a single image that represents the average of all the images. The L2 images I have were chosen because they are relatively cloud free over my study area (Lake Erie) so I do...

Plans to adapt OCSSW processors for Windows?
Hello!
Is there a plan to develop the OCSSW processors for Windows? We are looking into what systems to purchase for the lab group, and this is a consideration.
