Where did you get this file?  Doesn't look like one of ours.
The "h00v02" part of the filename suggests it's in a sinusoidal tile grid, as described here.  Except tile "h00v02" doesn't exist, over India or anywhere on the planet.

Cassandra -Files distributed by LAADS have the processing timestamp as part of the filename.  Usually the three L1B resolutions are created at exactly the same time, so our code looks for higher-resolution files with the same suffix.  One workaround would be to remove the processing timest...
