Unable to download subscription data

Good morning, we are unable to download our subscription data today, it lists the newer passes, but when you click on them and try to download on the web interface, it give an ERROR page. I see the reCAPTCHA notification, but I was able to login ok, and everything populated, just cannot download. us...

Hey Hey, yes as of 9am we could start to get on our subscription accounts again, then the rest of our subscriptions seem to catch up by the afternoon today. Have a good weekend and thank you.

YES, thank you as of 9am this morning, stuff finally started coming in and we could login again, then the rest of our subscriptions caught up by the afternoon,

Ditto here, have not been able to login even to get to our subscriptions, just hangs and gives error page. Notification said down Apr. 4-5, and now it is Apr. 7th. Please advise as to when it will be up and running and caught up. Thank you.

IS OB.DAAC Maintenace complete? Cannot connect to subscriptions.

Is the server maintenance over. As of Thur. 10:45pm Eastern We still cannot connect to our accounts or subscriptions. Just hangs and then when try to refresh and gives error page. ETA on when things will be back up and operational and subscriptions caught up?

Hey John, thank you for this. Yes, seems to be coming in now and there back the past 10 days. No need to go back any further, we mainly deal with real time operations (day of or past 24-48 hours of data), so will have no need to pull data back further than 2-3 days. Yes, sorry for delay. Still nothing in any of our SNPP VIIRS L2 subscription folders for any of our areas. Here are the ID's of two of the areas we pull regularly now. 3725 Indonesia and 2671 West Mexico areas, all subscriptions are under account mattupton.

Good morning, no looks like we still have no SNPP VIIRS L2 passes in any of our subscriptions yet, been nothing for 3 weeks now. Do I need to delete and redo the VIIRS subscriptions for our needed errors after your reprocessing? Please advise, is anyone else seeing this same issues? -Matt

Hello, we have notices that there has been no SNPP VIIRS L2 files in our NRT subscription folders for the past 2+ weeks. I know Terra has been down for a couple of weeks, but what is the deal with VIIRS? Did I miss a notification or something? Does it have to do with the re-processing and re-naming?...
