Re: dynamic library error after updating to Tag V2023.1 and V2023.2
Hi Don-- First, thanks for working on this problem! I am aware the NASA IT-Security does not like to let you folks update OS on your machines without a ton of prior approval. So, it must be super frustrating to debug stuff this way. :( Anyway, I followed your suggested update and it helped with my i...

dynamic library error after updating to Tag V2023.1 and V2023.2
Hi-- I am running SeaDAS 8.3 (V2023.2) on Mac OC Ventura. I was initially running into some some unrelated problems when running with Tag V2023.0. I updated to V2023.1 to try to solve the problems and received the immediate error message below. I received the same error message when I updated to V20...

Hi-- I have been working on processing PACE-OCI Simulated Level-2 data to Level-3. I am running with SeaDAS 8.3.0 on Mac OS Ventura (13.2.1). I am processing L2 > l2bin > l3bin > l3mapgen > L3. When I run things with PACE Rrs_Bands[0: 128 ] or less ( given as a single comma delimited string ), thing...

Sorry John, but I am still getting the message that there are no requested files available when order level1 and then when I add in level 2 with the level1 the request goes through with just the level2. --Bruce

swawifs L1A data ordering
When I order level1 data is does not generate a list of selected files - so no order number. I tried selecting Leve1 and Level2 together and it lists only the level2 files and then generates an order number for just those files.

Hi- I imagine there is a 99.9% chance I am being stupid here. But, I have been trying to order Level1 SeaWiS data and after selecting lat/lon bounds, choosing a handful of scenes, selecting "do extract" and requesting Level1 data, I get the result that that there is no data ava...

retrieving extracted L1/L2 data requested through the L1/L2 data ordering system
Hi Sean -- Thanks VERY much for your suggestion. Things are now working. I had previously used the wget and curl approach you suggested, but did so without the double quotes around the //filename. Adding the double quotes did the trick!!!! --Bruce
