Re: Subscription Edits and Access
I am still unable to access my subscription page or individual subscription IDs. I can verify that I am logged in to the Earthdata system as I am posting here as 'oceani' and I see the 'logout' button on the subscription page. However, when I click on the 'View Active' button, I still get a page wit...

Re: Subscription Edits and Access
Update: I went directly to the Earth Data login site, logged out and then logged back in using the credentials we've been using for a very long time (user name=oceani). VIIR J Level 2 SST Products
Do you have any plans to start offering Level 2 SST products derived from VIIRSJ1 and/or VIIRSJ2 via your subscription service any time in the future? If so, any estimates as to when that will happen?
Thanks,
Mark
Thanks,
