Thanks for that information. Unfortunately I'm not seeing the flag values in the flag viewer (or the masks in Mask Manager). The L2 files I'm trying were downloaded from the Level 2 Browser. The only processing I've done to them is remap them using gpt.sh and bl2map_mosaic. See below for...
