Re: How to average images with clouds and ignore these cloud pixels?
That is a cool trick. Very useful to know that you don't have to colocate them first in order to use BandMaths. Is it also possible to do something like this from the command line with gpt? So using data from multiple files that are projected the same in BandMaths?

Ah, I get it now. I got an error earlier, confused the O for an 0. Yes, indeed, this is the way to do it.

Re: Checksum on data orders
Thanks, Sean. I started doing something similar indeed. Your temporary solution is a more simple way than how I did it.

Checksum on data orders
I have noticed that sometimes the tar files are corrupted on orders I have placed (with the Oceancolor L1&2 Browser). For individual files I understand there are checksums available. It would be great if there were checksums as well for the tar files in my order... Sometimes I notice to late tha...

Importing shapefile SeaDAS 8.2.0
Somehow the import shapefile (and other options) are greyed out in SeaDAS version 8.2.0. I am using it with an image projected with l3mapgen. I can put a grid on the image no problem. Importing a shapefile using SeaDAS 7.5.3 with the same files works fine... See screenshots attached of the 2 ways I ...

Where is gpt?
I recently installed SeaDAS 8.1.0 and I am missing gpt.sh/gpt.command... Is it not included with this version? I used it a lot for command line processing (like Mosaic, BandMaths, etc.)...
Thanks!
