Missing Aqua MODIS Files?

Hello, I'm trying to download daily, mapped, Aqua MODIS 4km Chlorophyll-a products, and for several of the years there are missing files - for example, 2007 is missing data for days 034, 062, 081, 087, 141, 203, and 241. Are these files simply not posted on the website, or are they not available...
