JPSS2 / NOAA21

Dear support,
is there a plan to have VIIRS NOAA-21 ocean color data searchable through the browser
https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl ?
Thanks a lot,
Best,
Frederic

Re: ancillary data, old or new

Dear Bing,
thanks a lot for your reply. We have V2022 installed.
As said in the post, there are indeed cases for which getanc returns the MERRA met files. But this is not true for all. Please try the example file I mentioned in the post.
Best, F.

ancillary data, old or new

Dear Support, when determining the ancillary data necessary for the processing of a MERIS file such as: EN1_MDSI_MER_RR__1P_20020727T093846_20020727T102241_002123_0065_20180523T151615_0100.ZIP getanc returns the former set of ancillary files, NCEP, EPTOMS, ... (it happens also with some OLCI files)....

Re: SeaDAS version and R2022

Dear Support,
thanks a lot for your answer. We've now switched to R2022.4. As reprocessing deals with one mission after the other, is there a page where this SeaDAS tag evolution can be followed, to avoid disturbing you ?
Thanks a lot !
Best, F.

SeaDAS version and R2022

Dear Support, planning to reprocess large volumes of data according to R2022, I am wondering if the current SeaDAS is consistent with that reprocessing. Presently I have SeaDAS 8.2 installed (with the V2022.0 option), but the default options still seems to indicate the use of the single-scattering e...

Re: Seadas T2022.2 modis_atteph and getanc issues

Dear support,
I am not sure I understand your answer. l2gen might not complain but if a test within l2gen expects a sea ice concentration, providing a SST value might not do a proper job. Could you please clarify ? Thanks a lot in advance,
Best, F.

Seadas T2022.2 modis_atteph and getanc issues

Dear support, I have not understood the conclusion of the thread on the particular issue of SST vs SEAICE, and I have a similar problem. Using getanc (associated with SeaDAS 8.2.0 installed last week) on MODIS A or T, or VIIRS (100s of files), a large part of the .anc files returned by getanc contai...

problem with https

Dear colleagues, after the switch to https in december we encountered various problems, including in running the updates that could bring solutions - importantly we're operating behind a corporate http proxy. So this post might be related to the post https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/forum/oceanco...
