Thanks Sean. Now I successfully produced L2 data from Collection1 L1 data. However, I found there exists a lot of negative Rrs values, especially Rrs(655). During AC process, variables are all set by default, and ancillary data has been caught first. Is it the wrong variable setting or something els...

Thanks for your reply. Follows is the output shown in System Info.
I am not sure what it stands for? Since it works well when processing Landsat8 Collection1 L1 data.

Hi,

I met a problem when I try to source $OCSSWROOT/OCSSW_bash.env: "/Applications/seadas-7.5.3/ocssw/OCSSW_bash.env:136: = not found". I am not sure what's going on since it worked well before.
