Thanks for the clarification. I suspected as much, but it's not mentioned in the MISR product description (all of which could use some cleaning up, IMHO), so how is a user to know??

Which MISR Level 3 products contain LAI? I can only find LAI mentioned in the description of the Level 2 (MIL2ASLS) product.

It would be good if the differences between the products are mentioned in the product description so it's clear to the user that they are in fact different!

Are format and temporal coverage the only differences? That is my question. I am already aware of the format differences. A user understands format differences more clearly than version differences.
