Yes, our filenames are changing as each mission is reprocessed to R2022, so this will happen over time. Aqua mission is completed (so new filenaming convention is in place). Next is Terra, and so on until all missions we want to reprocess are done.

Your script will need to be ready to accept the new naming convention if you intend to pull data that has been reprocessed to R2022. Yes, this is a change that will affect all files. As the data are reprocessed, the new naming convention will take effect.

From the message you received, it looks like you should update the version of Python on your machine. It can be hard to perform tasks with older versions of software, if you would like, you may also upgrade your SeaDAS to version 8.2.0

This is not an error. NRT files (...OC.NRT.nc) are near real-time and provide a quicklook of data before the ancillary files needed to refine the data are available. After the ancillary files are available, they are used to create the refined product which is named "...OC.nc". Regarding th...
