You need to keep track of which subscriptions or orders are under which email accounts. The only data under your user: chrishawes is an extraction order #3891, which expired 4/20. I believe this is the result of your information (data selections) going stale on the page. Even though you can see the parameters you selected in your URL, the information only remains for your session, so using that URL again won't work if you save it.
