Also, please check out our AppEEARS tool if you get a chance: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/tools/appeears/ It can do so much of the preprocessing, like reproject, reformat, spectral and aerial subsetting, it also outputs spreadsheets and charts and incorporates the QA information also. It definitely work...

Hello, From what I have found out QGIS does not work well with the HDF format. That has been an issue since 2000 and MODIS with many software packages. They seemed to have issues recognizing the geolocation information with the HDF files. Most of the time I change the format from a HDF to A Geotiff....

Yes, all years will be processed into Version 6.1 and Version 6 will cease forward processing, and after several months V6 will be purged from the archive completely.

Users are encouraged to use the HLSL30 V2 and HLSS30 V2 data products which were released on August 24, 2021 and have achieved stage 1 validation. Provisional HLS V1.5 data have not been validated for their science quality and should not be used in science research or applications.

Hi, I am not sure why that happened. If it persist please select the Feedback option in the upper right corner of the Earthdata Search tool as this will go directly to Earthdata.
