Also this granule from 2023 has no OPeNDAP link which is the service used for subsetting, so it will not work with the downloader. Investigating.

Hi Gabriel,

I did confirm we have missing granules for Feb 20-21, 2021. We will try to recreate those. Investigating the other dates.

Hello,

Make sure you are flagging the MODIS sea_surface_temperature variable with flag >=4 from the quality_level variable to only view valid SSTs. This flagging step will remove contaminated pixels.

Hi Majid,
Even with LST you will have to account for water vapor effects in the thermal bands. Perhaps you are already doing that.
