Download GLDAS 2.2

I am trying to download GLDAS V2.2 files using the download script and Cygwin64. In command line execution after entering username and password, this appears: "Unable to Retrieve Data Please ensure that you have authorized the remote application by visiting the link below https://hydro1.gesdisc...
