I have been trying to download CLDPROP_L2_MODIS_Aqua (viirs-c1a).
In the 'Past Orders' section the data subset is found to be 'available' however while clicking on the data link I'm getting this (see attached) webpage.
Is there any workaround for this issue?

I have been trying to subset CALIPSO data from https://subset.larc.nasa.gov/calipso/login.php, and usually submit an ASDC request. But I am not receiving any email (used to receive) for the HTTPS link for the respective subsetted data directory. I have even tried to use another earthdata login id, b...
