Re: all sky surface shortwave diffuse irradiance
Hi Maxam, The hourly "all sky surface shortwave diffuse irradiance" is not available on the NASA POWER Data Access Viewer (DAV), but it is available through the NASA POWER API service. The link below is a template you can use to get the parameter at the hourly time resolution. You will nee...

Re: How to find and download the s of CERES Terra/Aqua Edition4 Angular Distribution Models
Hi Li Dahui, Thank you for your question. I found the following documents with tables of CERES anisotropic factors. If these don't work for you, I can contact the CERES Science Team for the anisotropic factors tables. Next-generation angular distribution models for top-of-atmosphere radiative flux c...

SAGE III-ISS Level 2 Aerosol Auxiliary Product Release Announcement
Stratospheric aerosol plays an important role in chemistry and climate. Space-based observations of their optical properties have been key elements of the study of the effects of major volcanic and extreme fire events. To aid users of SAGE III/ISS Level 2 aerosol data, the mission is releasing a Lev...

Re: HELP NEEDED!! Data about Iraq
hi Ihok2401, The NASA POWER Project (https://power.larc.nasa.gov/) has global reanalysis surface data going back to 1981 to present. I would start there. If you need true surface temperature measurements, then you can try the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information (https://www.ncei.noaa...

Re: Where to find LST data from DSCOVR EPIC products
Hi Arthur, Sorry for the misunderstanding. Depending upon a person's background, "LST" could mean many things. :D DSCOVR EPIC has DSCOVR_EPIC_L2_COMPOSITE_01 with Skin temperature, Brightness Temperature at different wave length. Here's a link to the data: https://search.earthdata.nasa.gov...

Re: Where to find LST data from DSCOVR EPIC products
Hi bashenyin, If you are trying to find DSCOVR EPIC data for your local area in Local Solar Time (LST), then you need to calculate the Greenwich mean time (GMT) for when the sun is directly over your local area. The time coordinate of the DSCOVR EPIC data is GMT. Given GMT and local longitude, the L...
