Question about Sentinel 3A data access

Hi, I was looking through the Sentinel 3A files found here - https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/S3AOLCI/) and 3B at https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov (/S3BOLCI/) Does NASA do any additional processing to these files, or are they the same files we find at the Scihub Copernicus system?
