Hello, The National Snow and Ice Data Center, which hosts the ICESat-2 data sets, performed scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Data access was unavailable from approximately 9am-3:30pm. Have you tried to access data since then? Let me know if you continue to have issues. Kind regar...
