Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

I removed the file from the ifilelist.txt and the MLP ran successfully on the rest of the files including the ones listed in your suggestion. So since time of posting I have just manually deleted problem files, although this has only happened on two other files out of >900. Thank you for your help a...

Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

I do have a corresponding GEO file but it looks like (unlike for the other L1B files) the multilevel processor did not create HKM or QKM files. Is there a reason why it would create them for other dates and not this one? Is there a way to automatically skip files that it does this to, or do I need t...

Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

Hi! So this does work on small batches of images (has worked on 5-10 files in the ifile text), but when I try to do many (>20) the processor inevitably runs into an error and stops working/exits processing. Is there something I can do to remedy the issue? Either change an option so its more well sui...

Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

This method works fully with one file in the .txt file for the multilevel_processor and I no longer receive the "Unknown Mission" error. However a new error is now occurring in the processor when processing L2B files to L2 with the following error message. When I check the log file there i...

Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

I tried replicating the steps in the suggested post but unfortunately did not work! Below is what is within the _inputFiles.lst opened in text editor: /home/williamcoast/Desktop/Projects/NearshrTemp/Data/Raw/A2002185205500.L1A_LAC.x.hdf /home/williamcoast/Desktop/Projects/NearshrTemp/Data/Raw/A20022...

Re: Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

However, while it is now working on one file, when I select multiple files in the UI (which adds their paths to a .lst file) I get the error: "ERORR!! Ifile contains UNKNOWN mission" even though all the files work individually... does this have to do with the version or am I doing somethin...

Issue with Naming Conventions in Multilevel_Processor

I am attempting to use the Multilevel-processor in order to batch process MODIS images from L1A to L2gen. When I manually execute each tool individually (geo->l1b->l2gen) everything works out fine. However, when I use the Multilevel-processor, the L1B output files are named in the convention folder/...

Re: Multilevel_processor issues

Sorry, perhaps that was a bad example... Attached is an image of output L2 files projected to incorrect locations and correct locations (like the file you listed). When I use the reprojection tool they stay in the same locality. Here is the requested system information: Main Application Platform: Ap...

Re: Multilevel_processor issues

Thanks for the reply! Makes sense. Here they are: 1. SeaDas:8.1.0, OCSSW : V2021.2 2. All are named as such (L1A from the OC website): A2004006210000.L1A_LAC.x.hdf 4. GUI 3.
