Appreciate! Thank you, Minwei. I will read the attached paper and evaluate its performance in turbid lakes.

support of other aer_opt options for PACE-OCI processing
Dear community, I am using SeaDAS (v2024.5) to process OCI images. According to the instruction in the forum, I generated Rrs with aer_opt=-18. Could you tell me the basic reference about this atmospheric correction approach? It's an iterative NIR approach or an NIR-SWIR-based approach? I also wonde...

Re: failed in getanc for modis data
Hi Sean,
Appreciated! I had reverted ocssw to the older version (V2021.1) and it worked. I will be able to try your solution for V2023.3 later.
Best,
Zhigang

failed in getanc for modis data
Dear all, I have not used seadas for about one year and re-instailled it to process some modis aqua data with l2gen (ocssw V2023.3). However, the getanc did not work. The detail of error was: getanc -cv /home/ubuntu/data/NorthA/tmp/A2002243182000.L1B_LAC ancillary_data.db Searching database: /home/u...

Re: Mismatch between input geographic limits and output of l2gen for MODISA using V2022.0
Hi Daniel,
Did you examine the subset options in V2022.1? I have a l2 file generated in V2022.1:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BE_D0MqYvtva9l9Yx5YEfCeWhFoMlLqU/view
which includes all inputs used in the processing.
Same configuration worked in V2021.1 but failed in V2022.1.
Regards,
Zhigang

Re: Mismatch between input geographic limits and output of l2gen for MODISA using V2022.0
I reverted the V2021.1, it works now. I am not sure whether I wrongly set V2022.0 or this version has potential bugs.

Mismatch between input geographic limits and output of l2gen for MODISA using V2022.0
Hi, Recently, I am confused about MODISA processing using V2022.0 OC processors. Here is an example: I set the south=30.9, north=31.09, west=82.1, east=82.3 in l2gen to process A2002274073500.L1B_LAC. But output level-2 product is in lat=<20.28, 20.29>, lon=<91.96, 91.97>. The input boundary was mis...

Re: how to remove bowtie for VIIRS imagery in SeaDAS
Fortunately, it is easy to use the GPF when SNAP was installed in the same system. I will try it later
