This is now resolved.
It appears that the configuration of the webserver hosting OPENDAP.LARC.NASA.GOV did not serve intermediate certificates after the recent update to its certificate but that has now been corrected.

I have no problems access current data (ie everything from the end of March 2022 onwards appears to be available) from https://opendap.larc.nasa.gov/opendap/CERES/FLASH/TISA/Terra-Aqua_Version4A/2022/ However, the earlier data going back to 2019 or so has disappear...

It looks as if the CERES data prior to March this year has been removed from:

https://opendap.larc.nasa.gov/opendap/CERES/FLASH/TISA/Terra-Aqua_Version4A/contents.html

Are there any plans of making the old data available again or providing an archived version somewhere?
