Re: VNP14IMG 2024 136-139 days nc file data could not be opened
Hello @ c2305820852
I was able to download and open the VNP14IMG 2024 136-139 .nc file in both ArcPro and QGIS. I would recommend trying to open the file in either of those applications. If you are still not able to open the file, please let us know.
Thank you,
Kyra

Re: R Script for downloading MODIS data
@kitsnicket wondering if you were able to rerun the script? We had an extended downtime which may have affected the script as it was trying to access data pool which would have been included in our downtime.

Re: GEDI L2B products : removing nan valeus, noises and analysus
@loriesouza I was able to submit a smaller shapefile zip into EDSC. I think you may be running into issues due to your boundary size. We suggest breaking down your shapefile into multiple zips and uploading them that way. If you continue to have issues, please let us know. Thanks!

Re: Request's response 502 Gateway error with limit set to 250
mshahbaz_000 , There are no limitations for the number of granules to request through the STAC catalog however response times can differ between datasets. The 502 error is due to a timing out issue because the requests are taking a long time to download and the network on the backend is closing. We...

What kind of GEDI resources are you currently utilizing? 3. Do you have any code you are currently using? If so, c...
