May I ask how can I batch convert HDF files from different regions to Geotiff, because several existing toolboxes can only handle batch conversion of the same region

i wanna reproject pwv data in hdf to UTM in tiff. i used matlab,readed hdf files.but when i tried to reproject, i find that HDF files' matrix and TIFF files' matrix,both downloaded on LAADS DAAC,not the same size.

i want download MOD05 data which is tiff, but i used Post-Processing of REVIEW & ORDER, but it still give me files those hdf. And what is mean output pixel size, is it resolution?
