What is the rate limit for the NASA POWER APIs?

Good morning, I want to ask two questions. The first one is if there is a way to download real time or predictive solar radiation data in a certain location through an API. Until now I'm using the temporal hourly API of NASA POWER, but it provides me only old data. The second question is if there is...
