Thanks for the prompt response. Apologies for not responding sooner. It's not an error message, its the resulting image that's the trouble. After processing with the l2gen, the chlor_a product looks like this (see attached screenshot). Very speckled, hardly any data there. It's not a cloud coverage ...

Hi, when I load a L1A HawkEye file into SeaDAS and display any of the bands I get a blank red box instead of any data (see attached photo). When I load the L2 of the exact same day, it displays fine.
