Run the file command on the short files.
They are likely HTML files. If so, open one in a browser and there will likely be a message about an authentication error when using the script.

Our source for MODIS L0 and atteph data experienced a hardware failure. We have configured our processing to use their backup server and the data are flowing again.

The correct name is:
SEASTAR_SEAWIFS_GAC.19971006T234811.L2.OC.nc

I'll remove the bad record from the CMR database.

The Aqua day and night GEO collections should be complete. Let us know if there are any gaps in the listings.

The Terra day GEO collection will complete later today 15-Nov-2022. The Terra night GEO processing should complete in 3-4 days.
