The GOCI L1B data are stored as compressed files on our archive, but when you download it, the downloaded file will not have the compression suffix. (gz or zip)

Try running the file command on the L1B file to ensure it is not compressed.

GMAO transitioned from CF V1 to CF V2 and we had to modify our code to read the new file format.

The new code was published this morning and CF processing is caught up again.

You should start seeing the data files now. The problem has been corrected.

Try setting the cookie path to a directory where you have write permissions
load-cookies C:\writable\.urs_cookies --save-cookies C:\writable\.urs_cookies

Transferring the functionality of the old OceanColor-hosted L1&L2 browser to the EarthData-hosted browser is a work in progress.
You should expect to see those images added by early next year.
