Sorry no. I think you can still use SeaDAS to derive Zeu using the Lee algorithm. You can try asking in the SeaDAS section of the forum.

Are you asking how the means are calculated or how chlorophyll-a concentration is calculated?
The mean values are the arithmetic mean of all of the monthly means for that particular month for the entire mission.
The algorithm we use is described here : Chlorophyll a (chlor_a; mg m-3)

There was a 72 hour outage for our NRT data center so we switched to a different source that provides the files compressed with xz.
You can inflate them by running xz -d filename

CPC was directed to stop producing the Weekly SSTOI analysis in early December 2022. Two weeks after it stopped, there were complaints, so processing was restarted temporarily with the understanding that it would stop for good in early February 2023. The replacement for ODPS is: GHRSST Level 4 CMC0....
