Re: SNPP/VIIRS and NOAA/VIIRS
We are working on the refined calibration. The 2022 Hunga-Tonga volcanic eruption introduced some complexities to the process. When we have the calibration ready there will a short reprocessing of 2022 -2023.

Re: Availability of NCEP and AURAOMI ancillary data
Is it safe to stop publishing the NCEP and AURAOMI ancillary data?
I assume you have made the transition to the GMAO ancillary?

The site is up.
Are you still having a problem accessing the Level3&4 Browser?
Are you seeing an error message or is the site unreachable?

Re: L3b_DAY_CYAN data
One thing I notice is that your product is wrong.
"CI_Cyan" should be "CI_cyano" but I wouldn't expect that to cause a Seg Fault.
I'll leave this for one of our SeaDAS experts to debug.

Re: download using wget from http manifest
See if the tar file you downloaded is actually an HTML file. If so, open it in a browser. There may be a clue to the download failure in there.

Re: Could you reprocess two Aqua L1A granules?
Those two L1A files have been reprocessed with the latest version of the L0 on the MODIS archive.
If the problem persists, there is nothing we can do to correct it.
