Re: matchup extraction for SEAWIFS does not work
The Ocean Color archive has migrated to the NASA Cloud so some search terms have changed provider is now "OB_CLOUD" instrument=SeaWiFS short_name like "SeaWiFS_ L1 file names like: SEASTAR_SEAWIFS_GAC.19980504T123211.L1A.nc wget "cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/granules.csv?page_si...

Re: Querying OBPG VIIRS L2 granules through CMR
No, the MODIS and VIIRS SST that we produce are not moving to the Cloud archive - they will continue to be archived locally and those collections will not change.

Re: Querying OBPG VIIRS L2 granules through CMR
The R2022.0 collection is the original CMR collection that points to the OB_DAAC servers at GSFC, and the 2022.0 is the new Earthdata Cloud hosted OB_CLOUD collection that points to AWS. The R2022.0 CMR collections will be deprecated shortly, so you should point your code development at the Cloud ve...

The L2 granules are each "regional". They combine to give global coverage.

Re: access OCI data
The time period you are referencing should have refined CHL data, not NRT. Remove NRT from your datatype and retry your query.

Yes, when we adopted the new 2020 naming convention, we renamed the existing L1A.
They are the same files.

Re: This Functionality Has Moved
Hello, we noticed that the previous Ocean Color website (https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl) data download said "This Functionality Has Moved" and gave a new link. In the new link, we did not find the previous corresponding data product (MODIS Aqua, such as 'A2025070063500.L1A...

Re: Question about PACE V3 reprocessing
Your query is looking for Near Real Time (NRT) granules in a time range when there are only Refined granules available. The refined period is 05-mar-2024 through 31-Jan-2025. If you remove the "_NRT" from the collection name, you will be querying the correct collection.

Re: Question about PACE V3 reprocessing
The full mission back to 05-Mar-2024 was reprocessed with V3.0 in January. Where are you looking that you don't see it available?

- Question: PACE-OCI L1B partial granule?
Re: PACE-OCI L1B partial granule?
We've had some ground station issues resulting in late-arriving L0 being processed out of sequence. The partial NRT L1B are a result of that issue. We adjusted out processing flow, and are working to clean the short files out of CMR/Earthdata search.
