MODIS missing data

Hello, we retrieve MOD09GA data from https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOLT/MOD09GA.061/ but I have noticed the most recently available data as of asking this question is for 2023.09.02. Is there a processing outage for this data? Also we are using MCD43A4 data https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MOTA/MCD43A4.061...
