We did make changes to our MSI processors. V2025.5 should be better.

l2gen needs an L1B file for 1KM + geo file to generate an L2 for 1KM, so you can't generate L2 files for 1KM, HKM and QKM in one run.

Yes, SeaDAS 9.2.0 has issues reading PACE V3 L2_AOP files. We'll fix it in the next release

You are right that SeaDAS 9.1.0 cannot read OCI L1B V3 files. We expect the next release of SeaDAS 9.2.0 can.
